Hanleys Farm (2020)
This development was 2 adjacent homes at the entrance to Hanleys Farm, Queenstown. These two homes were designed and built at the same time. The intention was for each house to be an interesting and inspired building on its own, but also to complement one another in a way that preserved privacy for both properties while maximising views and sun. Both of these homes were sold soon after construction was completed with multiple offers on the table.
