Appin Court (2017)
The Appin Court project was a development of 6 standalone houses in a cul-de-sac in Appin Court, Jacks Point, Queenstown. Of the 6 homes, all were modelled on the same plans, with 3 variations utilised. Four of the 6 homes were sold prior to the completion of construction. Two of the homes were sold off the plans, before the commencement of construction. Two were sold during the early stages of construction. The final two were sold within 3 weeks of the completion of construction.
Each house is built in an alpine barn style with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and either a single or double garage. Mirror image plans were also utilised to cater for various section positions.
